She has more than 14 years of experience in the staffing and human resources industry and holds designations as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC), and Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS).
Lindsey Sparks creates training programs for Express clients, develops annual halftime goal review meeting plans for Express franchisees, and assists franchisees with strategic planning. She also created and implemented the strategic plan for Express's name change and re-branding.
